Terms of service
1. The service
Cutworthy converts a customer-supplied long-form video link into a short-form release pack. The A$199 one-off package includes up to 10 edited vertical clips, generated hooks, captions and calls to action, delivered through a private review page.
2. Your content and permission
You must own the submitted content or have clear permission to edit and repurpose it. You keep ownership of your source content and finished clips. You give us and our processing providers only the limited permission needed to import, analyse, edit and deliver the content.
3. Source quality
Results depend on the length, audio, video quality, permissions and accessibility of the source. If a source cannot produce 10 responsible, usable clips, we may ask for another link, offer a reasonable alternative, or review the order with you.
4. Previews and manual unlock
Eligible customers can create watermarked preview clips without paying upfront, subject to fair-use limits. The previews are for evaluation only and must not be copied, republished or used commercially. Requesting the clean pack records your interest but does not charge you. Tonksy may then send a separate Stripe-hosted payment link outside this Site. After a one-off A$199 payment is confirmed manually, the available clean, watermark-free downloads and release pack are unlocked. Refund requests are assessed fairly where paid files are materially unusable or the service fails to provide the promised clean exports.
5. Sensitive material
You remain responsible for reviewing names, claims, personal details and sensitive subject matter before publishing. Nothing is posted automatically. Approval in the dashboard means you have reviewed that piece for your intended use.
6. Availability
Processing time varies with episode length and resolution. Temporary delays can occur through video hosts and editing infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to recover failed jobs or provide a fair alternative.
