Privacy
What we collect
We collect the email address, podcast or show name, source video link, optional creative direction, clean-pack request time, manual unlock confirmation and the processing records required to deliver your order. We also create a one-way technical identifier to enforce fair-use preview limits and protect the service from automated abuse.
How it is used
Your information is used to import and process the episode, create your release pack, record your clean-pack request, secure the private project page, provide support and protect the service from misuse.
Processors
Video importing, analysis and rendering are handled through OpusClip. If you request the clean pack, Tonksy may separately send you a Stripe-hosted payment link outside this Site. Cutworthy does not collect payment-card details. Each provider receives only the information required for its part of the service and operates under its own privacy and security terms.
Publishing and control
Cutworthy does not automatically publish your source or finished clips. You decide which clips to approve, download and post.
Retention and links
Private project links contain an access key and should be treated like a password. Processing records and delivery links may be retained for support and re-downloads, then removed when no longer reasonably required.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or payment purposes.
